Five Borough Towing started with one truck and a simple idea: treat every stranded driver the way you'd want to be treated. Owner Mike Castellano grew up in Bay Ridge, working summers at his uncle's auto shop. When he saw how many tow companies overcharged people or took forever to show up, he decided to do it differently. Fifteen years later, we've grown to a fleet of 8 trucks covering all five boroughs. But we still run on the same values: show up fast, charge fair prices, and treat every customer with respect.
